2. May I have or take care of a dog?
No. It is not allowed to have dogs in the apartments see house rules point 12

3. If your neighbor or others make noise outside the permitted time limit (items 10 and 11 of the house rules)
If item 10 or 11 of the house rules is violated, the first step is to ask the neighbor to lower the noise. If this does not work, next step could be to call the police.

4. I think I have mold or mildew in my apartment, what do I do?
1. Take a picture
2. Wash the area with Rodalon, can be purchased at Silvan
Ventilate daily throughout the apartment
If it comes again even though it is being aired out you should
1. Take a new picture
2. Send both pictures (first and new one) to the board with an explanation of where it sits and what you have done to remove it yourself.

5. How do I get a basement room?

6. How do I get a parking space?

Be aware that if an owner is on the waiting list, that person will be prioritized over a renter.

7. How do I get a garage?
Vesterhave does not manage the garages, they are either privately owned or rented out by Andi Ejendomme

8. Who can use the trampolines?
Everyone who lives in Vesterhave I and II may use them, however, within the permitted periods for noise in the association. Any use is at your own risk.

9. If the power goes out and it is only in my apartment that power is missing
Contact an electrician.

10. If the power goes out and it is the whole area that is missing power
Check Radius' website or call them.

11. If I have no hot water in the tap
First check if a lot of lime has accumulated in the tap's filter.
If this does not work, a plumber should be contacted.
If there is no heat on the main pipe, RACOON can be contacted by email.

12. If the radiator does not get warm
First check if the small pawl behind the thermostat has stuck, (often happens after summer)
If this does not help, a plumber should be contacted.
RACOON can not be contacted regarding radiator faults.

13. What if I want to replace my radiator?
In that case you should contact a plumber. You are free to choose a plumber of your own choice.
The board will however recommend BS MAJ VVS (se contacts).
Be aware that he in all cases must be contacted to ensure the boilers are refilled and the water pressure is at it should be. All expenses to such and replacement has to be paid by the owner self.

14. Who should pay if I hire a craftsman?
If a craftsman is called in without prior agreement and acceptance with the board, you must pay yourself.
In the event of an emergency situation, you should immediately call either DEAS or the respective craftsman, and the board will help afterwards. REMEMBER TAKE PICTURES

In the event of a fire, always call 112 before calling anyone else!
In case of water damage - where the water runs heavily, a plumber must be called in quickly!

15. May I attach a cooker hood to the buildings ventilation channel?
No you may not. That channel is strictly for ventilating the air inside the apartment. The only cooker hoods that's allowed are the types with a carbon filter.
