We meet on the first Thursday of every month. Emails are intended to be answered offhand when received unless it needs to be addressed at a board meeting.

Real estate service
The property is serviced by the company RACOON, they are responsible for the general property service, stairs / window washing, lights, snow removal etc.
RACOON can be contacted regarding the vertical pipes for water and heating that go from floor to ceiling as well as the fall trunk, or if there are questions regarding the plants or stair washing.
You can therefore not contact RACOON if the tap drips, the drain is stopped or similar. For these matters the owner must call a craftsman himself.
