Real estate service
The property is managed by several different companies regarding stair cleaning, snow removal, green areas, and inspections of doors and windows, etc.
Stair cleaning is handled by De 5 Stjerne until mid-October 2026. A new provider has not yet been selected.
Snow removal and green areas are managed by RACOON.
Annual inspections of doors and windows are carried out by Casadana.
Radiator meter readings are handled by Brunaata.
If a tap is dripping, a drain is blocked, or similar issues arise, the owner must contact a tradesperson themselves. We strongly recommend using the tradespeople listed under Contacts. In cases where the water supply to the property needs to be turned off, the association’s VVSer must be contacted. See the section below for details.

Internet / Antenna signal
Parknet is the association's internet provider
The association has an agreement that costs 68, - per apartment for a minimum of 200/200 Mbit / s. They can also provide TV via Allente. They have 3 difference packages.
Yousee Yousee also provides internet through their cable and can also provide TV. Internet from YouSee is MUCH more expensive than Parknet and never better.
